With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she has seen it all. Additionally, Robyn’s 14 years of service with the NZ Police in Kapiti and Porirua have given her an unparalleled familiarity with the region.

Born in the Eastern Bay of Plenty and raised in Hamilton, Jo has lived and worked across Auckland, Wellington, and now the Kapiti Coast. She thrives on connecting with people and building meaningful, lasting relationships, and is known for being friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.

Fiona Adams
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
With 14 years of experience in property management administration, Fiona brings a wealth of knowledge and a sharp eye for detail to the team, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and keeps everything running smoothly. Fiona loves the variety her role offers, from transactional work to problem-solving and customer service, and she’s proud to be the steady, grounded presence in a busy office.
Living in Kāpiti is a joy for Fiona, who treasures the relaxed, holiday feel of the coast and the beautiful beaches, bush, and river walks nearby. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, walking (lots of it!), and spending time with her large, lively family including 13 grandchildren.
